Insurance on the property :
- it depends by the loan and the duration of the mortgage
For example a loan of € 100.000,00 for a duration of 15 years the insurance will be :
100.000 x 15 x 0,00016 = € 240,00
Administration Bank expensive :
- € 180,00
Taxes on the mortgage (imposta sostitutiva):
- for the first home (only if you have the qualification to buy the first home)
0,25 % of the loan , for example a loan of € 100.000,00
100.000 x 0,0025 = € 250,00
- for others homes
2 % of the loan , for example a loan of € 100.000,00
100.000 x 0,02 = € 2.000,00
Notary fee for mortgage contract :
- it depends but generally it is less expensive than the finally purchase contract
